Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Through the form and the assistant: name/title, email, brand, and your inquiry (type of work, timing, budget range, channels, reference links). We briefly check your IP to block spam but do not store it.

2. How we use it

Only to answer your inquiry and send scope, quote and schedule. Never for ad emails or third-party marketing.

3. Retention

Kept for one year after the inquiry is closed, then deleted. If it becomes a contract, kept as long as the law requires.

4. Sharing

Not shared with anyone unless required by law.

5. Your rights

Ask any time to view, correct or delete your data at promptwhatt@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

No tracking cookies; nothing is stored beyond your language choice.
